• Minimum Booking: Requires at least 2 participants per booking.
• Age Limit: Suitable for ages 12 and above; children must be accompanied by adults.
• Weight Limit: Maximum weight per participant is 120 kg.
• Weather Dependent: Flights may be rescheduled in case of unfavorable wind or weather conditions.
• Booking Requirement: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy :

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the activity.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours before the activity.
• Operator Cancellations: Refunds or rescheduling offered in case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
